KNOW YOUR POSITION
Most landlords and property managers will require you to have verifiable proof of 3x your rent, plus a minimum 680 credit score. While it isn't impossible to find a home without these requirements, it is difficult.
KNOW YOUR CRITERIA
How many bedrooms, do you need parking, will you accomodate pets? All very important things to consider when starting your search.
You should also take note of where you plan to commute, oftentimes your workplace can be connected by Bus or Train.

WHY OURS?
Our website has the fastest updated information on all homes on the official MLS database. We receive our information hours after a home comes on the market, third party sites can be days later.
We are also able to search by move-in month.
WHY THIRD PARTY?
With third party sites, you are able to view homes that have lesser restrictions in housing standards, or homes that are not using the MLS system. This gives you many more options than you would find on our system.
The downside is that homes you find might be outdated, or even fraudulent. Be warned.
